The example of Professor Zhao Shuhua′ s experience in treating gastricepigastralgia

赵树华教授系吉林省名中医,第六批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承导师,从医40余年,对消化系统疾病治疗具有丰富经验,本文以肝气犯胃、肝胃郁热、脾胃虚寒、湿热中阻、胃阴亏虚五个常见病因分型为切入点,并结合临证验案,阐述其对胃脘痛的认识及诊治思路。

Professor Zhao Shuhua, a famous doctor of Chinese medicine in Jilin Province, is a tutor who inherits the academic experience of the sixth batch of national experts of Chinese medicine. He has been a doctor for more than 40 years, and has plenty of experience in the treatment of digestive system diseases. The entry points of this article are five common pathogenesis, including liver-qi invading stomach, heat stagnation in liver and stomach, deficient cold of spleen and stomach, obstruction of middle jiao by damp-heat and deficiency of stomach-yin. Furthermore, he clarify the cognition and the diagnosis of epigastralgia by means of the combination of the pathogenesis and the clinical symptoms.
