磁共振成像在颈动脉易损斑块中的诊断价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨磁共振成像在颈动脉易损斑块中的诊断价值。方法:收集2017年1月~2018年12月本院200例经彩超诊断为颈动脉斑块的病例作为研究对象,选择其中已做动脉剥离手术的50例,比较磁共振成像以及病理检查结果差异。结果:病理检查出易损斑块27个,稳定斑块30个;MRI检查出易损斑块28个,稳定斑块29个,两种方法比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。稳定斑块和易损斑块的斑块大小百分比比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);脂核大小、纤维帽厚度、斑块/斑块大小百分比比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:MRI对颈动脉斑块的诊断结果与病理检查结果相符,清晰显示斑块成分,可通过比较纤维帽和脂核/斑块之间的面积比来诊断易损斑块。
