循证护理在全麻术后患儿早期饮水的临床效果

Effect of evidence-based nursing on early drinking water in children after general anesthesia

目的 探讨循证护理在小儿全麻术后早期少量饮水临床护理中的应用效果。方法 2017年7月~2018年1月解放军总医院第一医学中心小儿外科所收治的全麻手术患儿167例作为研究对象,按术后饮水护理方式将其划分为两组:对照组83例,为小儿全麻术后常规临床护理(术后6 h饮水);实验组84例,采用循证护理(全麻清醒后即饮水),比较两组术后早期少量饮水止闹效果及安全性。结果 实验组患儿饮水后哭闹率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),实验组术后6 h内呕吐及发热率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 将循证护理在小儿全麻术后早期少量饮水临床护理中的应用效果确切,可以有效减少患儿术后哭闹及其他不适,进一步降低术后不良反应的发生,值得在小儿术后护理中应用推广。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in early clinical nursing of small amount of water after general anesthesia in children.Methods From July 2017 to January 2018,167 cases of children undergoing general anesthesia were admitted to the Pediatric Surgery Department of the First Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital.The patients were divided into two groups according to the postoperative drinking water nursing method,in control group,83 cases were given routine clinical nursing after general anesthesia for children(drinking water 6 h after surgery),in the experimental group,84 cases were treated with evidence-based nursing(drinking water after awakening under general anesthesia).The effect and safety of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The crying rate of children in the experimental group after drinking water was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in vomiting and fever rates between the experimental group and the control group within 6 h after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing applied in the early clinical nursing of small amount of water after general anesthesia in children has a definite effect,which can effectively reduce the postoperative crying and other discomfort of children,further reduce the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions,and is worthy of application and promotion in the postoperative nursing of children.
