新生代农民工道德建设问题是我国新时代公民道德建设迫切要解决的问题,现阶段我国新生代农民工道德建设还面临着收入水平普遍较低、城乡二元结构体制壁垒、双重边缘化状态下文化认同缺失、道德教育重视度不够的现实困境。新生代农民工道德建设应着力提高收入水平、破除道德建设的制度壁垒、融合多元文化认同因素、协同多方力量进行道德教育。

The moral construction of the new generation of migrant workers is one of the urgent problems to be solved in the moral construction of citizens of China in the new era.It is of great significance to analyze the moral confusion of this group of people from the standpoint and viewpoint of Marxist morality and to put forward the solution path.At present,the moral construction of the new generation of migrant workers in China is still facing the realistic dilemma of generally low income level,urban-rural dual structure system barriers,lack of cultural identity under the condition of double marginalization,and insufficient attention to moral education.Therefore,the moral construction emphasis should be focused on improving the income level,breaking down the institutional barriers of moral construction,integrating the factors of multicultural identity,and cooperating with many forces to carry out moral education.
