铝碳酸镁片联合埃索美拉唑肠溶片对胃溃疡患者血清炎症因子及胃消化功能的影响

Effect of aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets combined with esomeprazole enteric coated tablets on serum inflammatory factors and gastric digestive function in patients with gastric ulcer

目的:探讨铝碳酸镁片联合埃索美拉唑肠溶片对胃溃疡患者血清炎症因子及胃消化功能的影响。方法:2018年6月-2019年6月收治胃溃疡患者134例,随机分为两组各67例。对照组采用埃索美拉唑肠溶片治疗,研究组采用铝碳酸镁片联合埃索美拉唑肠溶片治疗。观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效及血清炎症因子水平(包括TNF-α和IL-6)、胃消化功能(包括胃动素、胃泌素)情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,两组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6、胃动素和胃泌素水平分别较治疗前显著降低,且研究组降低程度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:铝碳酸镁片联合埃索美拉唑肠溶片治疗胃溃疡效果显著,可有效缓解或者消除炎症,并改善胃消化功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets combined with esomeprazole enteric coated tablets on serum inflammatory factors and gastric digestive function in patients with gastric ulcer.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,134 patients with gastric ulcer were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 67 cases in each.The control group was treated with esomeprazole enteric coated tablets,and the study group was treated with aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets combined with esomeprazole enteric coated tablets,we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,after treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,motilin and gastrin in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the reduction degree of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets combined with esomeprazole enteric coated tablets in the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer was significant,it can effectively alleviate or eliminate inflammation and improve the digestive function of the stomach.
