对比耐多药肺结核治疗中莫西沙星、左氧氟沙星的效果

Comparison of therapeutic effect of moxifloxacin and levofloxacin in the treatment of multidrug resistant tuberculosis

目的:探讨耐多药肺结核治疗中应用莫西沙星、左氧氟沙星的临床疗效。方法:2018年6月-2019年7月收治耐多药肺结核患者142例,随机分为两组各71例。观察组采用莫西沙星联合治疗,对照组采用左氧氟沙星联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗后肺功能指标水平、痰液结核菌转阴率及总有效率。结果:观察组治疗后FEV1、FEF、痰液结核菌转阴率及总有效率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于左氧氟沙星,莫西沙星对耐多药肺结核治疗具有更大优势。

Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of moxifloxacin and levofloxacin in the treatment of multidrug resistant tuberculosis.Methods:From June 2018 to July 2019,142 patients with multidrug resistant tuberculosis were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 71 cases in each.The observation group was treated with moxifloxacin and the control group was treated with levofloxacin.We compared the lung function index,sputum tubercle bacillus negative rate and total effective rate after treatment between the two groups.Results:After treatment,FEV1,FEF,sputum tuberculosis negative rate and total effective rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with levofloxacin,moxifloxacin had a greater advantage in the treatment of multidrug resistant tuberculosis.
