摘要
目的:观察角色扮演法在儿童青年抑郁症患者社交训练中的应用疗效。方法:选取服用单一SSRI类抗抑郁药物的儿童青少年重度抑郁患儿30例,采用随机数字表法分为两组各15例。对照组给予单独抗抑郁药物治疗,干预组进行8周的角色扮演社交训练,在0周和第8周用SSPI和SADS、SDS量表分别对两组患儿进行评定。结果:干预组训练后SADS、SSPI、SDS评分均较对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童青年抑郁症患者采用角色扮演法在社交和社会适应能力方面疗效明显,在临床治疗中具有积极改善作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of role-playing therapy in social training for young children with depression.Methods:30 young children with severe depression who took single SSRI antidepressant were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with antidepressant alone,and the intervention group was given role-playing social training for 8 weeks.The SADS SSPI and SDS scales were used to assess children before and after training at 0 and 8 weeks respectively.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of SADS SSPI and SDS in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The role-playing method is effective in social and social adaptability of young children with depression,and has a positive effect in clinical treatment.
