他汀类药物治疗冠心病的临床应用分析

Analysis of pharmacological action and clinical application of statins

目的:探讨分析他汀类药物治疗冠心病的临床疗效及药理作用。方法:2017年11月-2018年11月收治冠心病患者60例,给予他汀类药物治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:60例患者治疗后,低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯、血清总胆固醇水平及心绞痛发作次数、持续时间均得到明显改善,且与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予冠心病患者他汀类药物治疗具有显著作用,能够降低胸痛、胸闷等不适感,还能够对冠状动脉血液循环进行调节,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective:To study on the pharmacological effects and clinical application of statins.Methods:From Nov 2017 to Nov 2018,60 patients with coronary heart disease were selected,statins were given to observe and analyze the therapeutic effect.Results:After drug treatment,the levels of low density lipoprotein,triglyceride and serum total cholesterol were significantly improved,and compared with pre-treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The frequency and duration of angina pectoris after treatment were significantly improved,compared with pre-treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conlusion:Statins have a significant effect on patients with coronary heart disease can reduce chest pain,chest tightness and other discomfort,but also can regulate coronary artery blood circulation,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,it is worth popularizing and applying.
