莫西沙星联合卷曲霉素治疗耐多药肺结核的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of moxifloxacin combined with capreomycin in the treatment of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis

目的:探讨莫西沙星联合卷曲霉素治疗耐多药肺结核的疗效。方法:2018年5月-2019年2月收治耐多药肺结核患者98例,随机分为两组各49例。对比组采用常规治疗,试验组运用莫西沙星联合卷曲霉素治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:对比组病灶吸收率和病灶空洞闭合率均低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用莫西沙星联合卷曲霉素治疗耐多药肺结核效果优异,值得临床应用推广。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of moxifloxacin combined with capreomycin in the treatment of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis.Methods:98 patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis were selected from May 2018 to February 2019,they were divided into the two groups with 49 cases in each group.The contrast group was treated with conventional therapy,while the experimental group was treated with moxifloxacin combined with capreomycin.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The lesion absorption rate and lesion cavity closure rate of the contrast group were lower than those of the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxifloxacin combined with capreomycin is effective in the treatment of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
