中药参附黄蒲汤治疗脾胃虚寒证胃痛临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of Shen Fu Huang Pu Decoction in treating stomachache of Pi Wei Xu Han Type

目的:分析中药参附黄蒲汤治疗脾胃虚寒证胃痛的临床效果。方法:2016年2月-2017年6月收治脾胃虚寒证胃痛患者94例,根据治疗方式不同分为两组。常规组给予常规方式治疗干预,中药组在常规组治疗基础上给予参附黄蒲汤治疗。对比两组临床疗效及治疗前后疼痛情况。结果:中药组临床疗效、治疗后疼痛评分均明显优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:服用参附黄蒲汤治疗脾胃虚寒证胃痛效果较好,值得在临床中应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shen Fu Huang Pu Decoction in treating stomachache of Pi Wei Xu Han Type.Methods:From February 2016 to June 2017,we selected 94 patients with stomachache of Pi Wei Xu Han Type,and they were divided into two groups according to the treatment.The conventional group was treated with conventional methods,the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Shen Fu Huang Pu Decoction on this basis.We compared the effect of the two groups and the pain before and after treatment.Results:In the traditional Chinese medicine group,the clinical effect was significantly better than the conventional group,and the pain score after treatment was significantly better than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Shen Fu Huang Pu Decoction in treating stomachache of Pi Wei Xu Han Type was better,it was worthy of clinical application.
