周围浅表血管瘤诊断中运用彩色多普勒超声的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of peripheral superficial angioma

目的:探讨周围浅表血管瘤诊断中运用彩色多普勒超声的效果评价。方法:2017年1月-2019年8月收治周围浅表血管瘤患者128例,均接受彩色多普勒超声检查。以手术病理检查结果作为诊断"金标准",评价彩色多普勒超声诊断周围浅表血管瘤的效果。结果:对周围浅表血管瘤进行诊断时,彩色多普勒超声检出率为100.00%。同时海绵状血管瘤、毛细血管瘤与蔓状血管瘤的声像图特征、血流信号分布与血流指标水平差异明显。彩色多普勒超声检查与病理结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:周围浅表血管瘤诊断中运用彩色多普勒超声的效果显著,可对不同分型的周围浅表血管瘤进行有效区分。

Objective:To discuss the evaluation of the effect of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of peripheral superficial angioma.Methods:From Jan 2017 to Aug 2019,128 patients with peripheral superficial hemangioma were selected,all patients were received color doppler ultrasound.Using the results of surgical and pathological examination as the diagnostic"gold standard",the effect of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of peripheral superficial angioma was evaluated.Results:The detection rate of the color doppler ultrasound was 100.00%in the diagnosis of the peripheral superficial hemangioma;at the same time,there were significant differences in sonographic features,blood flow signal distribution and blood flow index levels between cavernous angioma,capillary angioma and cranioid angioma;Comparison between color doppler ultrasound and pathological results,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasound is effective in the diagnosis of peripheral superficial angioma,which can effectively distinguish different types of peripheral superficial angioma.
