健康教育在胰岛素泵强化治疗糖尿病护理中的应用及对患者血糖水平的影响

Application of health education in intensive treatment of diabetes with insulin pump and its effect on blood glucose level of patients

目的:探讨健康教育在胰岛素泵强化治疗糖尿病护理中的应用及对患者血糖水平的影响。方法:2018年1-12月收治糖尿病患者134例,随机分为两组各67例,均接受14 d的胰岛素泵强化治疗。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上加入健康教育。比较两组患者血糖水平变化情况。结果:研究组2 h PG、FPG及HbA1c水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育应用在胰岛素泵强化治疗糖尿病护理中,可加速血糖控制,降低胰岛素用量,减少发生胰岛素泵负性事件及报警次数,提高患者治疗依从性,有效降低血糖水平,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application of health education in the intensive treatment of diabetes mellitus with insulin pump and its effect on blood glucose level of patients.Methods:134 patients with diabetes were selected from January to December 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 67 cases in each group,all patients received intensive insulin pump therapy for 14 days.The control group was given routine care,and the study group added health education on the basis of routine care.The changes in blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The 2 hPG level,FPG level and HbA1c level of the study group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of health education in the intensive treatment of diabetes with insulin pump can accelerate the control of blood glucose,reduce the amount of insulin,reduce the occurrence of negative events of insulin pump and the number of alarms,improve the treatment compliance of patients,and effectively reduce the level of blood glucose,thus it is worthy being popularized and applied.
