翼状胬肉手术后使用角膜绷带镜的围术期护理分析

Perioperative nursing analysis of using corneal bandage lens after pterygium surgery

目的:分析翼状胬肉手术后使用角膜绷带镜治疗,术前及术后的护理方法。方法:2018年1月-2019年2月收治实施翼状胬肉手术并使用角膜绷带镜患者56例,按入院编号分为两组各28例。常规组实施常规护理,综合组实施综合护理。比较两组患者并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:常规组术后并发症发生率高于综合组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合组患者护理服务满意率优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:翼状胬肉手术治疗期间使用角膜绷带镜,加强围术期综合护理,可有效控制患者并发症发生率,提升患者护理满意度,适合于临床推广。

Objective:To analyze preoperative and postoperative care methods of using corneal bandage lens in the treatment of patients after pterygium surgery.Methods:56 cases of treated by pterygium surgery and corneal bandage lens were selected from January 2018 to February 2019,they were divided into the two groups with 28 cases in each group according to the admission number.Routine nursing was carried out in the routine group and comprehensive nursing was carried out in the comprehensive group.We compared the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the routine group was higher than that in the comprehensive group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing service in the routine group was better than that in the comprehensive group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of corneal bandage lens during pterygium surgery to strengthen perioperative comprehensive nursing can effectively control the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction of patients,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
