KPI-360度评价体系提高体检人员心理弹性和满意度的效果分析

Effect of KPI-360 degree evaluation system on improving the psychological flexibility and satisfaction of physical examination personnel

目的:分析KPI-360度评价体系提高体检人员心理弹性和满意度的效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月选取初次进行健康体检人员851名,随机分为对照组425名和观察组426名。对照组行常规体检指引和护理,观察组采用绩效KPI-360度评价指标体系的优化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:两组体检前心理弹性评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组体检后心理弹性评分、体检满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用绩效KPI-360度评价指标体系能够提高体检工作质量,改善体检人员心理状态,提高体检人员满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of KPI-360 degree evaluation system on improving the psychological flexibility and satisfaction of physical examination personnel.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,851 people who had the first physical examination were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group of 425 and the observation group of 426.The control group was given routine physical examination guidance and nursing,the observation group was given performance KPI-360 evaluation index system optimization nursing,we compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:The two groups had similar psychoelastic scores before treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).In the observation group,the score of psychological resilience and satisfaction of physical examination after physical examination were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using KPI-360 evaluation index system can improve the quality of physical examination work,improve the psychological state of physical examination personnel,and improve the satisfaction of physical examination personnel.
