心理护理及一对一护理在纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗患儿中的效果观察

The effect of psychological nursing and one-to-one nursing in children with bronchofiberscope alveolar lavage

目的:探讨心理护理及一对一护理在纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗患儿中的效果。方法:2014年1月-2018年7月收治纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗患儿200例,平均分配法分为两组各100例。对照组患儿使用常规护理方法进行护理,观察组患儿及家长接受心理护理及一对一护理。比较两组患儿干预前后心理护理效果、患儿依从性、家长满意度、患儿术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组干预后护理效果、患儿依从性、家长满意度方面明显高于对照组,患儿术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗患儿及家长进行心理护理及一对一护理,能够提高患儿护理效果,提升患儿依从性及家长满意度,减少患儿术后并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing and one-to-one nursing in children with bronchofiberscope alveolar lavage.Methods:From January 2014 to July 2018,200 cases of children with bronchofiberscope alveolar lavage were selected,and they were divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the children and their parents in the observation group received psychological nursing and one-to-one nursing.We compared the effect of psychological nursing,the compliance of children,the satisfaction of parents before and after intervention and the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the nursing effect,compliance and satisfaction of parents in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing and one-to-one nursing for children with bronchofiberscope alveolar lavage and their parents can improve their nursing effect,enhance their compliance and parents'satisfaction,and reduce postoperative complications.
