循证护理在急性心肌梗死并发心律失常护理中的应用效果

The application effect of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia

目的:研究循证护理在急性心肌梗死并发心律失常护理中的应用效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年3月收治急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者92例,按照护理方案分为两组各46例。对照组行常规护理,试验组行循证护理。对比两组护理效果。结果:试验组患者心律失常再发生率明显低于对照组,试验组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理在急性心肌梗死并发心律失常护理中的应用效果显著,不仅能够改善预后降低心律失常再发生率,还能有效提高患者护理满意度。

Objective:To study the effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia.Methods:92 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia were selected from January 2018 to March 2019,according to the nursing plan,they were divided into two groups with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received evidence-based nursing.We compared nursing effect between the two groups.Results:The incidence of arrhythmia recurrence in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia is significant,which can not only improve the prognosis and reduce the recurrence rate of arrhythmia,but also effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
