综合护理干预在预防重症监护室机械通气相关性肺炎中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in prevention of mechanical ventilation associated pneumonia in ICU

目的:探讨综合护理干预在预防重症监护室机械通气相关性肺炎中的应用效果。方法:2018年6月-2019年1月选取重症监护室机械通气相关性肺炎患者92例,按照不同护理方法分为两组各46例。观察组接受个体化护理干预,对照组接受常规护理干预。对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组降钙素原、C反应蛋白、白细胞计数均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对重症监护室机械通气相关性肺炎患者应用综合护理干预,能较好改善患者血液指标水平,提高患者护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in prevention of mechanical ventilation associated pneumonia in ICU.Methods:From June 2018 to January 2019,we selected 92 patients with mechanical ventilation associated pneumonia in ICU,according to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups of 46 cases in each.The observation group was given individual nursing intervention,the control group was given routine nursing intervention,we compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,patients'nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the counts of procalcitonin,C-reactive protein and leukocyte were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing intervention to the patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia in intensive care unit can improve the level of blood index and patients'nursing satisfaction,which was worth popularizing.
