摘要
目的:探讨管床医生和责任护士联合对五官科患者及家属进行健康宣教的效果。方法:2015年6-12月选取五官科住院患者218例,随机分为两组各109例。对照组采用传统健康宣教方法,试验组采用管床医生和责任护士联合对患者及家属进行健康宣教。比较两组患者对健康教育知识的掌握程度、服药依从性、患者对医务人员满意度。结果:试验组患者出院时对健康教育知识的掌握程度、服药依从性、患者住院满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:管床医生和责任护士联合对五官科患者及家属进行健康宣教是一种全新的健康教育模式,能提高患者对健康教育知识的掌握程度,提高患者满意度和服药依从性,创造和谐医患关系,值得推广运用。
Objective:To explore the effect of health education on patients and their families in the Department of Facial Features by the responsible doctor and responsible nurse.Methods:From June to December 2015,218 inpatients in Department of Facial Features were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 109 cases in each.The control group was given traditional health education methods,the experimental group was given health education on patients and their families by the responsible doctor and responsible nurse.We compared the two groups of patients'mastery of health education knowledge,drug compliance and patients'satisfaction with medical staff.Results:There was no significant difference in patients'mastery of health education knowledge,drug compliance and patients'satisfaction with medical staff on admission between the two groups(P>0.05).In the experimental group,patients'mastery of health education knowledge,compliance with medication and satisfaction with hospitalization at discharge time were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It was a new health education mode that the responsible doctor and the responsible nurse jointly carry out health education for patients and their families in Department of Facial Features,it can improve patients'mastery of health education knowledge,improve patients'satisfaction and drug compliance,and create a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,which was worth popularizing.
