护理新理念在消毒供应室管理中对发放合格率的影响分析

The analysis of the influence of the new concept of nursing on the pass rate of distribution in the management of the disinfection supply room

目的:分析护理新理念在消毒供应室管理中对发放合格率的影响。方法:2017年2-12月对消毒供应室进行调研,作为对比组。2018年1-12月对消毒供应室进行观察,作为试验组。对比组采用常规管理,试验组采用护理新理念管理方式。分析两组最终管理结果。结果:对比组发放合格率低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在消毒供应室护理管理中可采取护理新理念管理模式,效果优异,值得应用及推广。

Objective:To analysis the effect of the new concept of nursing on the pass rate of in the management of the disinfection supply room.Methods:To select the disinfection supply room from February to December in 2017 as the comparison group;The disinfection supply room from January to December in 2018 as the case group.The control group adopted routine management;The case group adopts the new management method of nursing new concept.To Analysis the final management results of the two groups.Results:The qualified rate of distribution in the control group was lower than the case group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing management of disinfection supply room,the new nursing concept management mode can be adopted,and the effect is excellent which is worth applying and popularizing.
