摘要
问题为导向的学习模式(PBL)是以问题为驱动、以学生为主体,适应当今医学教育需要而发展并逐步成熟的一种教学方法。PBL教学方式不仅可以提高学生的自主学习能力和创造力,也能提高学生的语言组织、沟通能力和团队协作能力。文章将以自身从事血液内科学临床教学的经历为例,尝试总结一些有益的教学原则。
The problem-oriented learning model(PBL)is a teaching method that is problem-driven,student-oriented,and adapts to the needs of today's medical education.This teaching method can not only improve students'self-learning ability and creativity,but also improve students'language organization and communication skills and teamwork ability.This article will take the experience of clinical teaching of hematology as an example,trying to summarize some useful teaching principles.
