探讨消毒供应中心对外来器械和植入物的集中科学管理效果

Discussion on the effect of centralized scientific management of external instruments and implants in disinfection supply center

目的:探讨消毒供应中心对外来器械和植入物的集中科学管理效果。方法:2017年12月-2018年12月集中化管理前后接收外来器械和植入物2 609件,其中2017年12月-2018年5月接收的1 281件作为对照组,2018年6月-2018年12月接收的1 328件作为试验组。对照组由器械厂商自行进行清洗、消毒、灭菌,试验组直接进入消毒供应中心集中科学管理。分别记录两组清洗、包装及消毒质量。结果:试验组清洗、包装和灭菌质量均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对外来器械和植入物实行集中科学管理,可显著提高灭菌质量,保障患者安全。

Objective:To explore the effect of centralized scientific management of external instruments and implants in disinfection supply center.Methods:From December 2017 to December 2018,2609 foreign devices and implants were received before and after centralized management,among them,1281 pieces received from December 2017 to May 2018 were used as the control group,1328 pieces received from June 2018 to December 2018 were used as the test group.The control group was cleaned,disinfected and sterilized by the instrument manufacturer,the test group directly entered the disinfection and supply center for centralized scientific management.We recorded the cleaning,packaging and disinfection quality of the two groups.Results:In the test group,the quality of cleaning,packaging and sterilization were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Centralized and scientific management of external devices and implants can significantly improve the sterilization quality and ensure the safety of patients.
