摘要 数字阀的工作原理是驱动机构直接驱动阀芯运动,其动态性能由驱动机构决定,其中驱动机构集成了伺服电机和滚珠丝杠。由于集成了滚珠丝杠,一定程度上增加了驱动机构的转动惯量,进而影响了驱动机构的动态响应。区别于传统PI控制,引入了一种新型的二阶线性跟踪微分器,它在传统线性跟踪微分器的基础上进行了简化,在保证其动态效果的基础上降低了多参数调节的难度,实验结果表明,这种控制方法很好的解决了传统PI快速性和超调之间的矛盾。 The principle of digital valve is that the driving mechanism drives the valve core directly,the dynamic properties is decided by driving mechanism which is composed of servo motor and ball screw.the moment of inertia has increased because of the ball screw,therefore,the dynamic properties of driving mechanism is affected.Different from traditional PI control,a new second-order linear tracking differentiators is introduced,it is simplified on the basis of traditional linear tracking differentiators,It can do both guarantee the dynamic of the system and reduce the difficulty of parameter adjustment.the simulation and experimental results show this method solves the contradiction between rapidty and overshoot very well.
