摘要 为提高Sepic变换器的电压增益,同时减小电感电流纹波及变换器体积,研究了一种新型磁集成组合式Sepic变换器。将2组Sepic变换器结合在一起,提出组合式Sepic变换器的拓扑结构,并将其中2个储能电感进行磁集成。新型组合Sepic变换器具有较低的电感电流纹波,且其电压增益是传统Sepic变换器的2倍,在采用磁集成技术后,合理设计耦合系数,集成下的电感电流纹波明显减小。分析了该变换器的各项工作性能;应用PSIM仿真软件对理论分析进行仿真验证;最后制作实验样机对理论分析与仿真数据进行实验验证。 To improve the voltage gain of a Sepic converter while reducing the inductor current ripple as well as its volume,a novel magnetic integrated combined Sepic converter is put forward.Two groups of Sepic converters are combined together,and the topology of the combined Sepic converter is proposed,in which two energy storage inductors are integrated into the magnetic field.The novel combined Sepic converter has characteristics of low inductor current ripple,etc,and its voltage gain is 2 times that of the conventional Sepic converter.With the use of magnetic integration technology,the coupling coefficient is reasonably designed.As a result,the integrated inductor current ripple is obviously reduced.The working performances of this converter are analyzed,and simulation software PSIM is used to simulate and verify the theoretical analysis conducted.An experimental prototype was also made,and experimental results verified the theoretical analysis and simulation data.
