摘要
电动汽车规模化接入电网和集群化管理,为电力系统调峰提供了新途径。在构建集群式管理体系和研究市场电价机制的基础上,提出了一种在满足系统调峰要求下,以电动汽车运营商和用户收益最大化为目标的调峰经济调度模式,通过改变充放电边界曲线调控电动汽车充放电,优化电动汽车充放电时间,实现削峰填谷。算例仿真的结果表明,所提出的电动汽车调峰经济调度模式在满足调峰要求的条件下,能够使电力系统、运营商和用户三方收益最大化。
Large-scale access of electric vehicles to the power grid and their aggregate management offers a new way for peak load regulation in the electric power system.On the basis of construction of an aggregate management system and research of electricity pricing mechanism on the market,an economic dispatch mode for load peak regulation aiming at maximal revenue of the vehicle operator and the user was proposed under the condition that the load peak regulation requirement of the system should be satisfied.Load leveling was realized by changing the boundary charge-discharge curve for control of vehicle charge and discharge and by optimizing vehicle charge-discharge time.Results of example simulation indicated that the proposed economic dispatch mode for peak load regulation of electric vehicles could maximize the benefits of the power system,the operator and the user while satisfying the demand on peak load regulation.
