摘要
以往研究者们对DBD型臭氧发生器供电电源的研究主要集中在含有中高频升压变压器的逆变电源,少有人考虑采用无中高频升压变压器的逆变电源。基于DBD型臭氧发生器的等效模型和有高频升压变压器的逆变电源存在的缺点,提出了基于双级LC谐振的无升压变压器的新型臭氧发生器供电电源拓扑结构,分析了双级LC谐振在臭氧发生器供电电源中的升压原理和双级LC谐振的谐振参数设计方法。通过仿真分析和试验,验证了提出的无升压变压器的新型臭氧发生器供电电源能够满足臭氧发生器放电所需的高电压和大电流的需求。
Previous research on the power supply of the DBD-type ozone generator focused on the inverter containing a medium-high frequency boosting transformer,and few people thought of an inverter containing no medium-high frequency boosting transformer.In this paper,with the help of an equivalent model of the DBD type ozone generator and in view of the disadvantages of the inverter using a high frequency boosting transformer,a power supply topology was proposed for a novel ozone generator with no boosting transformer based on two-stage LC resonance.The boosting principle of two-stage LC resonance in the ozone generator power supply as well as a parameter design method for two-stage LC resonance were analyzed.Simulation analysis and tests verified that the proposed ozone generator power supply containing no boosting transformer could satisfy the ozone generator’s requirement on high voltage and heavy current during its discharge.
