热敏灸联合穴位注射对输卵管积水性不孕症宫腹腔镜术后妊娠结局的影响

Effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupoint injection on pregnancy outcome after hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery for hydrosalpinx infertility

目的探讨热敏灸联合穴位注射对输卵管积水性不孕症宫腹腔镜术后妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月于我院接受治疗的65例输卵管积水性不孕症患者作为实验对象,所有患者均行宫腹腔镜手术治疗并随机分为热敏组和联合组。热敏组32例,在常规治疗的基础上在阴道止血后行热敏灸治疗;联合组33例,在热敏组的基础上行穴位注射治疗。两组均为月经干净后每日治疗1次,月经来潮时暂停,共治疗3个周期。治疗结束后对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较,评价两组患者的治疗有效率、妊娠结局、受孕时间和不良反应情况。结果联合组患者的治疗有效率(84.84%)高于热敏组(68.75%),联合组的妊娠结局中的自然妊娠率(66.66%)高于热敏组(40.62%),联合组患者的受孕时间为(3.37±1.02)个月,明显快于热敏组的(5.61±1.22)个月,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者的不良反应情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论热敏灸联合穴位注射对输卵管积水性不孕症宫腹腔镜术后妊娠结局的效果良好,能够提高患者的治疗效率。

Objective To investigate the effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupoint injection on pregnancy outcome after hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery for hydrosalpinx infertility. Methods A total of 65 patients with hydrosalpinx infertility who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled. All patients underwent hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery and were randomly divided into the heat-sensitive group and the combined group. 32 cases in the heat-sensitive group were treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion after vaginal hemostasis on the basis of conventional treatment. 33 cases in the combined group were treated with acupoint injection on the basis of the treatment in the heat-sensitive group. Both groups were treated once a day after menstruation was clean, and suspended during menstruation, for a total of three cycles. The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were compared after the end of treatment. And the treatment efficiency, pregnancy outcome, conception time and adverse reactions between two groups were evaluated. Results The effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 84.84%, higher than that in the heat-sensitive group(68.75%). The natural pregnancy rate in the combined group was66.66%, higher than that in the heat-sensitive group(40.62%). The conception time of the combined group was(3.37±1.02) months, which was faster than(5.61±1.22) months of the heat-sensitive group. The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The difference of adverse reactions between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupoint injection has a good effect on the pregnancy outcome of hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery for hydrosalpinx infertility, which can improve the treatment efficiency of patients.
