摘要
外泌体是分泌到细胞外的一种小囊泡,是近年来医学研究中的一大热点,其构成为脂质双分子层,含有脂质、蛋白质及RNA等物质,可结合某些靶细胞受体,作为细胞间通信的桥梁,是一种重要的细胞与细胞之间交流的方式,参与神经元-神经胶质网络的组成,其在脑梗死的诊治上具有极大的潜能。本文在其作为生物学标志物及其micro RNA功能等方面,对外泌体在动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的研究进展作一综述。
Exosomes are small vesicles secreted outside the cell, which is a hot spot in medical research in recent years. It is composed of a lipid bilayer, containing lipids, proteins and RNA, and can bind to certain target cell receptors as a bridge communicating between cells. It is an important means of communication between cells, involved in the composition of the neuron-glial network. It has a great potential in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction. In this paper, in terms of the exosome as a biological marker and its micro RNA function, the research progress of exosomes in atherosclerotic cerebral infarction is reviewed.
