社会资本理论视域下校园足球发展困境与治理策略

Campus Football Development Dilemma and Governance Strategy: Based on Social Capital Theory

校园足球工程开展10年来,成绩斐然。然而在推进的新阶段也暴露出了许多问题。基于校园足球发展的内在动力与现实社会情境,校园足球治理是其可持续发展的应然选择。采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,以社会资本理论为研究视角,对校园足球开展初衷、精英足球的不可持续性及校园足球应注重公共利益等问题进行了阐释。笔者认为:社会资本对于校园足球发展体系构建、参与主体间良好关系形成及资源效率集聚提升等方面具有极大推动作用。基于此,在现阶段校园足球的深化改革过程中,应注重社会资本的培育、开发与保护,以推动校园足球的健康可持续发展。

Campus football project has been carried out for ten years,the achievements obtained are outstanding,but many problems are being exposed at the new stage of promoting this project.Based on intrinsic motivation and social situation of the campus football development,campus football governance should be idealistic choice to promote the sustainable development.With literature and logical analysis,the paper discusses the original aspiration of carrying out campus football,unsustainability of elite football and public interest.It shows that social capital can play an important role in building development system of campus football,cultivating good relationships among the participants and improving resource utilization efficiency.Based on above mentioned analysis,more attention should be paid to the cultivation,development and protection of social capital to promote the sustainable development of campus football in the period of deepening reform.
