我国体育类硕士研究生培养的供给侧结构性改革研究

Research of the Reform of Supply Side Structure on Postgraduates of Sports in China

供给侧结构性改革从提高供给质量出发,可有效解决当前我国体育类硕士研究生培养问题。笔者从供给侧改革视角,对国内体育类硕士研究生培养实践进行深入探讨,认为当前我国体育类硕士研究生培养普遍存在专硕—学硕就业趋同、专业—职业匹配度不高、专业学位硕士社会认可度低等问题,继而提出了对接社会需求,创新人才培养模式、理念,在构建内涵式学科治理、评价体系的同时,完善招生选拔机制,建立产学研相结合的协同育人机制,提升研究生教育国际化水平。

From the perspective of improving supply quality,the supply-side structural reform can effectively solve the current problem of training for sports masters in China.This study explores the training practice of sports masters from the perspective of supply-side reform.It is believed that the current training of sports master's degree programs in China generally has the problems of special-study employment convergence,low special-professional matching,and low professional recognition of professional degree masters.This study proposes to meet the needs of society,innovate talent training model,improve the recruitment and selection mechanism while constructing a connotative discipline governance and evaluation system,establish a collaborative education mechanism combining production,education and research,and improve the internationalization level of postgraduate education.
