负压封闭引流技术治疗四肢创伤的临床研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 负压封闭引流技术在临床上是用来促进组织愈合、加快外形及功能恢复的重要治疗方法,随着医疗水平不断提高,负压封闭引流技术不断地优化改进,在四肢的创面感染、皮肤移植修复、骨髓炎、骨筋膜室综合征的治疗上取得了显著的效果。目前该技术已日臻完善,治疗的覆盖面和适应证在不断地扩大,但在深层软组织感染上,传统负压封闭引流技术的疗效却有很大的局限性,因此急需临床一线医生结合患者的实际情况,不断地推陈出新,以寻求最佳的改良方案。本文通过对负压封闭引流技术相关文献进行回顾,以及联合深部冲洗治疗深层创面感染等改良方案的展望,旨在为临床提供更有效、更适合患者的治疗方式。 Vacuum sealing drainage technique is an important treatment method for promoting tissue healing and accelerating shape and function recovery.With the continuous improvement of medical level,vacuum sealing drainage technique is continuously optimized and improved,and significant effect has been achieved in the treatment of wound infections,skin graft repair,osteomyelitis,and compartment syndrome of the extremities.At present,the technique has been improved day by day,and the coverage and indications of treatment are constantly expanding.However,in the treatment of deep soft tissue infection,the efficacy of traditional vacuum sealing drainage technique has great limitations.Therefore,it is urgent to combine actual situation of patients for clinical first-line doctors,constantly evolving to find the best improvement plan.This article reviews the literatures on vacuum sealing drainage techniques and conducts the prospect for improved treatments such as deep wound infections in combination with deep irrigation,so as to provide a more effective and patient-friendly treatment for the clinic.
