摘要
目的探讨丁苯酞联合静脉溶栓治疗早期脑梗死的效果及对患者神经功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月我院收治的64例早期脑梗死患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各32例。对照组患者给予静脉溶栓治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予丁苯酞治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率,患者治疗前后的血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量及国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,并记录两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的TC、TG、LDL-C水平及NIHSS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗期间均未出现严重的不良反应。结论丁苯酞联合静脉溶栓治疗早期脑梗死的效果较好,能够改善患者的血脂水平,降低神经损伤程度,且安全性高。
Objective To explore effect of Butylphthalide combined with intravenous thrombolysis in treatment of early cerebral infarction and its influences on nerve function of patients.Methods A total of 64 patients with early cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis.On this basis,the observation group was given Butylphthalide.The total effective rate of treatment,contents of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)before and after treatment,and score of national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)were compared between the two groups.The occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment in both group was recorded.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TC,TG,LDL-C levels in the observation group and NIHSS score were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions during treatment in either group.Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with intravenous thrombolysis is effective in treatment of early cerebral infarction,which can improve blood lipid level,reduce degree of nerve damage,with high safety.
