揿针压埋彭氏眼穴联合运动疗法在缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果

Application effect of thumbtack needle embedded in Peng′ s eye points combined with exercise therapy in hemiplegia patients with ischemic stroke

目的探讨揿针压埋彭氏眼穴联合运动疗法在缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年9月~2018年5月我院收治的60例缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。两组均采取常规基础治疗,对照组采用运动疗法,观察组采用运动疗法联合揿针压埋彭氏眼穴。比较两组患者的简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分和临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后的简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能、ADL评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论揿针压埋彭氏眼穴联合运动疗法能有效治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者的肢体功能障碍,改善患者的日常生活能力,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of thumbtack needle embedded in Peng′s eye points combined with exercise therapy in hemiplegia patients with ischemic stroke.Methods Sixty patients with hemiplegia due to ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group,according to the random number table method.Routine basic treatment was used in both groups,and exercise therapy was used in the control group.The observation group was treated with exercise therapy and sputum needle to embed Peng′s eye points.Simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function scores,daily living ability(ADL)scores,and clinical outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function and ADL scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.3%,which was higher than that in the control group(73.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of sputum acupuncture combined with Peng′s eye points combined with exercise therapy can effectively treat the limb dysfunction of patients with hemiplegia due to ischemic stroke,improve the daily living ability of patients and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
