我院癌痛控制现状的调查研究

Investigation and research on the current situation of cancer pain control in our hospital

目的研究我院的癌痛控制现状。方法选取2016年8月~2019年5月在我院诊治的50例癌痛患者,采用问卷及电话回访调查患者对疼痛控制的顾虑、对目前干预的满意度、用药的依存性、生活质量等,并进行分析。结果86.0%的患者担心癌痛不可能缓减,52.0%的患者担心镇痛药物成瘾,提示癌痛患者对癌痛干预知识的了解程度较低。癌痛患者对目前干预总满意度为82%;干预依存性较好,总依存率为86%。癌痛患者干预3个月后的生理、心理、社会关系、环境评分高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论我院癌痛患者对癌痛干预知识的了解程度较低,存在较大的顾虑;患者的干预满意度及依存性较好,生活质量有所改善,应加大对癌痛干预知识的宣教,让患者正确面对癌痛干预。

Objective To study the current situation of cancer pain control in our hospital.Methods From August 2016 to May 2019,50 patients with cancer pain in our hospital were selected,questionnaires and telephone interviews were used to investigate and analyze the patients′concerns about pain control,satisfaction degree with current intervention,drug dependence and quality of life.Results Altogether 86.0%of the patients were worried that cancer pain could not be alleviated,52.0%of the patients were worried about addiction to pain-killing drugs,which showed that cancer pain patients had a low level of knowledge about cancer pain intervention.The total satisfaction rate of cancer pain patients was 82%.The intervention dependence was better,and the total intervention dependence rate was 86%.The scores of physiology,psychology,social relations and environment of cancer pain patients at 3 months after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with cancer pain in our hospital have a low level of knowledge about cancer pain intervention,and have greater concerns.The patients′satisfaction and dependence on cancer pain intervention are better,and the quality of life has improved.Therefore,the propaganda and education of cancer pain intervention knowledge should be strengthened so that patients can face cancer pain intervention correctly.
