精细化管理新产程模式在分娩孕产妇中的应用效果

Application effect of refined management of new labor model in maternal delivery

目的探讨精细化管理新产程模式在分娩孕产妇中的应用效果。方法选取遵义医科大学第五附属(珠海)医院及中山大学附属第五医院2018年7~12月收治的982例拟行自然分娩的孕产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(491例)和观察组(491例)。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用精细化管理新产程模式护理方法。比较两组的助产护理总满意度、分娩结局。结果观察组助产护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产妇产后出血发生率及新生儿窒息发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孕产妇分娩过程中应用精细化管理新产程模式,可以提高孕产妇对助产护理的满意度,降低剖宫产率,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the application effect of refined management of new labor model in maternal delivery.Methods A total of 982 pregnant women for maternal delivery admitted to the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University(Zhuhai)and the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from July to December in 2018 were enrolled as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=491)and the observation group(n=491)according to the random number table method.In the control group,routine nursing was used,while in the observation group,refined management of new labor model nursing was adopted.The midwifery nursing tatal satisfaction and delivery outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction of midwifery nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence rates of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of refined management of new labor mode during maternal delivery can improve maternal satisfaction with midwifery care,reduce cesarean section rate,and have high clinical value.
