摘要
在校企合作的教育背景下,针对高校服装专业的人才培养进行了系统分析与探讨,提出面向社会、行业发展所需的人才培养目标定位,构建校企合作人才培养课程体系,改革创新人才培养模式,为社会输送合格人才提供强而有力人才保障。
Some strategies were proposed in the paper including producing talents to meet the demands of social and industrial development,formulating a school-enterprise cooperation based curricular system,reforming and innovating the talent cultivation mode to offer qualified fashion talents to the society on the basis of an analysis of current fashion design education in universities.
