目前高等院校体育竞赛荣誉奖励的体系建设仍处于缺乏状态,无法对高等院校运动队发展形成导向引领和持续激励。建立健全科学长效的竞赛荣誉奖励体系凸显其重要性,唯有通过对运动队形成多层次、多方位的思想干预,才能有效提升和激励运动队的竞赛积极性和竞赛价值感。

It is of great necessity to intervene in athletic teams comprehensively through a long-term scientific honor awarding system so as to motivate the players to participate in sports competitions now that little success has been made in stimulating the development of those teams as a result of the loss of such a system.
