中职教师职业倦怠现状实证研究——以长春Z技师学院为例 被引量:2

An Empirical Study of Current Job Burnout of Secondary Vocational School Teachers——with Changchun Z Technician College as an Example

摘要 新时期经济社会发展对人才需求的变化,促使职业教育实现办学多元化。本次研究以央企办学类的长春Z技师学院为研究对象,运用问卷调查、作品分析、统计分析等实证研究方法,发现该校教师存在中等程度的职业倦怠症状,并初步分析其形成原因,并提出了相应的缓解措施。 When vocational educational entities are founded by diversified social organizations to cope with the changes of social and economic demands over talents in the new era,an empirical study was made of the teachers from Changchun Z Technician College founded by a key state-owned enterprise led by the central government of China by means of some empirical research methodologies such as questionnaire,literature analysis and statistical analysis. The result indicates that these teachers show job burnout at the intermediate level. Afterwards,an analysis was made of the possible reasons and relevant measures to relieve the state were also proposed.
