江苏省某猪场四种常见疾病抗体水平的检测与分析

The detection andanalysisof antibody levels of four common diseases in a pig farm in Jiangsu province

近年来,影响猪场经济效益的常见疾病有猪瘟、猪圆环病毒病、猪伪狂犬病、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(蓝耳病),疫苗接种是这几种疾病预防控制的关键措施之一,对这四种疾病抗体水平的检测与分析具有极其重要的意义。本研究对2017年9月—2018年9月江苏省某猪场猪群这四种疾病进行了实地调查采样,检测的血清样品共270份。检测结果显示,整体猪群猪瘟、猪圆环病毒病、猪伪狂犬病、猪蓝耳病的抗体阳性率分别为85.93%、96.67%、91.85%、75.18%,均达到了农业部规定的标准;而针对各阶段猪群抗体阳性率来说,哺乳仔猪的蓝耳抗体水平及保育猪猪瘟的蓝耳抗体水平较低,分别为38.33%、65.00%、60.00%,未达到农业部规定的标准。根据此次检测结果,对这四种疾病抗体水平进行分析,旨在对该猪场这四种疾病的防控与净化提供基础资料和依据。

In recent years,the common diseases affecting the economic benefits of pig farms are mainly classical swine fever,porcine circovirus disease,porcine pseudorabies,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(blue-ear disease),vaccination is one of the key measures for prevention and control of these diseases.Therefore,it is of great significance to investigate and analyze the antibody levels of these four diseases.In this study,the four diseases of pigs in a pig farm in Jiangsu Province from September 2017 to September 2018 were investigated in the field and a total of 270 serum samples were investigated.The results of the survey showed that the positive rates of antibodies against classical swine fever,porcine circovirus,pseudorabies and blue-ear disease were 85.93%,96.67%,91.85%and 75.18%,respectively,and met the standards set by the Ministry of Agriculture;And for the positive rate of swine antibody at all stages,the level of blue ear antibody in suckling piglets was lower than that in conserving classical swine fever,and the level of blue-ear antibody was lower in suckling pigs.Blue ear antibody levels in suckling piglets is lower,and the antibody level of swine fever and blue ear in conservation pig is also lower.they were respectively 38.33%,65.00%,60.00%,and failed to meet the standards set by the Ministry of Agriculture.According to the results of the investigation,the antibody levels of the four diseases were analyzed in order to provide the basic data and basis for the prevention,control and purification of the four diseases in the pig farm.
