摘要
利用临床剖检、荧光定量RT-PCR、病理切片观察等方法,研究肺脏病变、显微病变与PRRSV病毒含量的相关性,为PRRS的临床诊断提供多角度分析。
In this study,clinical necropsy,fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR,and pathological biopsy were used to study the relationship between pulmonary lesions,microscopic lesions and viral content in pig PRRSV,providing multiple perspectives for the clinical diagnosis of PRRS.
