无创呼吸机治疗慢阻肺急性发作期伴左心衰疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Non-invasive Ventilator in Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Lung with Heart Failur

目的:探究分析利用无创呼吸机对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并心衰患者进行治疗的效果。方法:本次研究一共选择80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并心衰的患者,患者均在2015年10月至2017年10月入本院治疗,所选患者全部被划分成对照组与观察组,对照组40例实施传统机械通气,观察组采用无创呼吸机治疗,对比两组患者各项指标。结果:接受治疗后两组患者上述指标均有所改善,观察组较对照组改善效果更显著(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗有效率97.50%相较于对照组的75.00%更突出,组间数据比较差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用无创呼吸机对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并心衰患者进行治疗能够改善患者的临床指标,值得应用。

Objective:To explore and analyze the therapeutic effect of non-invasive ventilator on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with heart failure.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with heart failure were enrolled in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017.All the patients were divided into two groups:control group and observation group.40 patients in the control group were treated with traditional mechanical ventilation and the patients in the observation group were treated with non-invasive ventilator.The indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The above indexes were improved in the two groups after treatment,the improvement effect in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the patients was 97.50%,which was more prominent than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non-invasive ventilator can improve the clinical indexes of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with heart failure.
