门急诊抗菌药物不合理处方点评及分析

Evaluation and Analysis of Unreasonable Prescriptions for Antibiotics in Emergency Department

目的:通过对观察组实施处方点评干预,观察其与干预前的临床效果,探究该种干预方案的临床应用特点。方法:从本院2016年1月至2017年6月未经过处方点评干预的门急诊抗菌药物处方中随机抽取3000张(含900张不合理用药)为对照组,从来本院2017年7月至2018年12月经过处方点评干预的门急诊抗菌药物处方中随机抽取5000张(含980张不合理用药)作为观察组,观察两组处方应用合理性。结果:经过处方点评干预后抗菌药物处方的不合格率下降,抗菌药物临床的合理应用率显著提升,但是,还有一定数量的处方应用不合理,还有待改进。结论:处方点评干预可有效减少门急诊抗菌药物不合理应用事件的发生,减少患者经济负担,提高抗菌药物应用规范化。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of prescription comment intervention in observation group and explore the clinical application characteristics of this intervention program.Methoods:3000 prescriptions(including 900 irrational prescriptions)were randomly selected from the outpatient and emergency antimicrobial prescriptions of our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017,and 5000 prescriptions(including 980 irrational prescriptions)were randomly selected from the outpatient and emergency antimicrobial prescriptions of our hospital from July 2017 to December 2018.The rationality of prescription application was observed in the two groups.Results:After the intervention of prescription review,the unqualified rate of antimicrobial prescriptions decreased,and the rational application rate of antimicrobial drugs in clinic increased significantly.However,there are still a certain number of unreasonable prescriptions to be improved.Conclusion:Prescription evaluation intervention can effectively reduce the occurrence of irrational use of antibiotics in outpatient and emergency departments,reduce the financial burden of patients,and improve the standardization of antibiotics application.
