路径化无瘤技术护理配合在乳腺癌改良根治术中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Application Effect of Pathological Tumor-Free Technical Nursing Combined with Modified Radical Mastectomy for Breast Cancer

目的:探讨和评价乳腺癌改良根治术中路径化无瘤技术护理配合应用效果。方法:选取本院2016年1月至2018年6月行乳腺癌改良根治术的40例乳腺癌患者,随机均分为对照组和观察组各20例。对照组接受常规乳腺癌改良根治术护理配合,观察组实施路径化无瘤技术护理配合。对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和无瘤技术满意度,以及术后1年内肿瘤复发、转移和上肢淋巴水肿发生情况跟踪随访结果。结果:观察组患者手术用时长于对照组,观察组术中出血总量和对照组无明显差异,观察组住院天数明显少于对照组,观察组术后1年内肿瘤复发、转移及上肢淋巴水肿发生率均明显低于对照组,观察组无瘤技术满意度评价明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:路径化无瘤技术护理配合应用于乳腺癌改良根治术中,可明显缩短患者住院时间,减少患者术后肿瘤复发、转移及上肢淋巴水肿发生率,提高乳腺癌患者手术效果和满意度。

Objective:To explore and evaluate the effect of pathological and tumor-free technical nursing in the modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods:Forty breast cancer patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were randomLy divided into control group and observation group.The control group received conventional breast cancer modified radical mastectomy and the observation group was treated with pathological and tumor-free technical care.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time and tumor-free technical satisfaction were compared between the two groups,and the follow-up results of tumor recurrence,metastasis and upper limb lymphedema occurred within 1 year after operation.Results:The patients in the observation group were longer than the control group.There was no significant difference in the total amount of bleeding between the observation group and the control group.The number of hospital stays in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group.The incidence of tumor recurrence,metastasis and upper limb lymphedema in the observation group within 1 year after operation.The results of the tumor-free technique were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pathological tumor-free technical nursing combined with modified radical mastectomy can significantly shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce the incidence of postoperative tumor recurrence,metastasis and upper limb lymphedema,and improve the surgical outcome and satisfaction of breast cancer patients.
