全程保温护理对急诊创伤危重患者干预效果的研究

Study on Intervention Effect of Whole Course Thermal Preservation Nursing on Emergency Critical Traumatic Patients

目的:研究分析急诊创伤危重患者实施全程保温护理干预的临床效果。方法:选取本院2017年8月至2018年8月收治的80例急诊创伤危重患者按照随机抽签法分为研究组(40例,急诊抢救治疗全程保温护理)和对照组(40例,急诊抢救治疗中实施常规保温护理),对比两组患者入抢救室、出抢救室、入急诊ICU 1h、入急诊ICU 2h等不同时点核心体温变化。结果:两组患者入抢救室核心体温无明显差异(P>0.05),研究组患者出抢救室、入急诊ICU 1h、2h的核心体温均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且对照组患者入急诊ICU 2h后的核心体温低于36℃。结论:急诊创伤危重患者容易并发低体温,急诊抢救治疗实施全程保温护理可有效预防低体温,帮助患者尽早康复。

Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of whole course heat preservation nursing intervention for critical trauma patients in emergency department.Methods:80 critical trauma patients in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group(40 cases,whole course thermal insulation nursing of emergency rescue treatment)and control group(40 cases,routine thermal insulation nursing in emergency rescue treatment).Core body temperature at different time points such as emergency room,emergency room,emergency ICU 1h and emergency ICU 2h were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in core body temperature between the two groups(P>0.05).The core body temperature of the study group patients in the rescue room and ICU at 1h and 2h was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the core body temperature of the control group was lower than 36℃after admission to the emergency ICU for 2h.Conclusion:Emergency critical trauma patients are prone to hypothermia.The implementation of whole course thermal insulation nursing in emergency rescue treatment can effectively prevent hypothermia and help patients recover as soon as possible.
