摘要
美国医疗信息化建设取得了较好的成绩,主要在于政府重视信息化建设投入,奖惩机制明确;政府部门与社会组织共存,多角度进行效益评估;信息化技术标准统一,制定信息交换合作协议;相关法律法规完善,保障居民信息安全。结合我国医疗信息化建设存在的问题,借鉴美国经验,提出改善我国医疗信息化建设的建议。
The US medical informatization construction has achieved good results,mainly because the government attaches importance to the investment in information construction,and the reward and punishment mechanism is clear;the government departments and social organizations coexist,and the benefits are evaluated from multiple angles;the information technology standards are unified,and the information exchange cooperation agreement is formulated;the relevant laws and regulations are perfected to protect the information security of residents.Combined with the problems existing in China's medical informatization construction,and drawing on the experience of the United States,this paper put forward suggestions for improving the construction of medical informatization in China.
