摘要
科技的进步带来了支付方式的变革,住院预交金线上支付手段的不断更新给医院预交金管理带来挑战。基于区块链技术的票据电子化管理可以解决票据流转的安全性、唯一性、可追溯性,为线上全流程结算带来便捷。本文从住院预交金业务的特点出发,探讨如何应用区块链技术,实现住院预交金线上闭环管理。
Advances in technology have brought about changes in payment methods,and the continuous updating of online payment methods for hospitalization prepayment has brought challenges to its management.The electronic management of bills based on blockchain technology can solve the security,uniqueness and traceability of bill circulation,which brings convenience for online full-process settlement.Based on the characteristics of the hospitalization prepayment business,this paper discussed how to apply the blockchain technology to achieve closed-loop management of the hospitalization prepayment gold line.
