经济问题不仅是普京执政以来俄国内极为关注的问题,也是引起国际社会关注的问题。经济状况不仅关系到俄广大民众生活与社会稳定,还关系到能否实现普京提出的2024年前俄成为全球第五大经济体与实现强军的计划。普京第一、第二任期经济发展顺利,取得明显成效。但从2008年到2018年是较长的“梅普”“普梅”交替组合时期,经济出现严重滑坡乃至危机。原因在于经济结构、政策的稳定性等。

The economic issue is not only a matter of great concern in Russia since Putin came to power,but a problem that has drawn the attention from the international community.The economic situation is related not only to the life and social stability of the majority of Russian people,but also to the realization of Putin’s plan of making Russia the fifth largest economy and to the achievement of a strong army by 2024.During Putin’s first and second term,the smooth economic development has achieved remarkable results.However,the period from 2008 to 2018,is viewed a long alternating and combining period in between“Medvedev-Putin”and“Putin-Medvedev”.Russian economy at that period experienced a serious downturn and even a crisis due to the economic structure,the stability of policies,and so on.
