首先通过对一战以来中外军队战勤比例历史数据的统计、挖掘,总结提炼出了战勤比例发展变化的特点、规律和趋势;然后,按照“环境-主体-客体”的系统分析框架,探讨了战勤比例的影响因素及其作用机理;最后,通过建立战勤比例数理分析模型,计算得到了战勤比例的合理取值范围,并从定量角度对各影响因素的相关性质和相关程度做出更深入准确的分析判断,为聚焦保障打赢,加快重塑现代化后勤,科学确定战勤比例奠定了理论基础。

Firstly,through the analysis of the historical data of the logistic personnel ratio in wartime of Chinese and foreign military forces since the First World War,this paper summarizes the characteristics,laws and trends of the development and change of the logistic personnel ratio in wartime.Then,according to the system analysis framework of“environment-subject-object”,the influencing factors and mechanism of the logistic personnel ratio in wartime are discussed.Finally,by establishing the mathematical analysis model of the logistic personnel ratio in wartime,the reasonable value range of the logistic personnel ratio in wartime of our army is calculated,and the relevant properties of each influencing factor are quantitatively analyzed.This paper intends to make more in-depth and accurate analysis and judgment,lays a theoretical foundation for focusing on winning in the war,accelerates the reshaping of modern logistics,and scientifically determines the logistic personnel ratio in wartime.
