Operational effectiveness evaluation plays an important supporting role in the operational use of weapons and equipment.By analyzing the evaluation results,we can find out the weak links that affect and restrict the generation of operational capability of weapons and equipment.The whole process of establishing the operational effectiveness evaluation index system of a bomber is described in detail.Firstly,the construction mode and selection principle of the evaluation index system are defined according to the evaluation needs,the evaluation subjects and the scope;secondly,the operational process and capability of a certain type of bomber are analyzed,and evaluation indexes closely related to operational effectiveness are obtained;thirdly,the index system with hierarchical structure is constructed by conducting functional aggregation and correlation aggregation on evaluation index;finally,the calculation method of the effectiveness of a certain bomber by using the index system is given.By using this index system and calculation method to evaluate operational effectiveness,it can provide useful help for equipment modification and training mode improvement,thus effectively improving the operational capability of a certain type of bomber.
