一种异面孔轴线垂直度误差测量装置的设计

摘要 针对陕西户县东方机械有限公司生产的ALS850型铝带分条机翻转轴座零件两个大孔径轴线异面垂直度误差测量的问题,本文设计了一款异面孔轴线垂直度误差测量装置.与传统的垂直度误差测量方案不同,本文重点针对大孔径轴线异面垂直的情况进行设计,基准要素的模拟采用直线轴承与基准芯轴的高精度配合,保证了直线轴承在基准芯轴的外圆面上转动时测量过程中基准要素的高精度体现.通过应用磁性表座、万能表架的多姿态调整,对被测要素进行测量,得到大孔径轴线异面垂直的垂直度误差.该装置用于翻转轴座的垂直度误差测量中,测量结果分别为18μm,20.5μm,17μm等,从实际应用中验证了该装置的可行性,解决了异面垂直度误差测量的难题. Based on ALS850 aluminum strip splitter produced by Shaanxi Huxian Oriented Machinery Co.,LTD.,a new device for measuring the verticality error of axis with different faces is designed in this paper.Different from the traditional measurement of verticality error,the design focuses on the situation of different verticality of the axis with large aperture.The simulation of the reference element with highly-precise coordination between the linear bearing and the reference mandle-shaft,when the linear bearing rotates on the cylindrical surface of the reference mandle-shaft,the high-precision representation of the reference element in the measurement process can be guaranteed.The verticality error of the axis with large aperture is measured through the multi-attitude adjustment of magnetic table holder and universal table holder.The device is used to measure the verticality error of the turning shaft,with the results of 18μm,20.5μm and 17μm microns respectively,which is effectively solved the problem of vertical measuring error of different faces.
