An Reviewof Researches on Important Statements’ of Xi Jinping‘s Thought of China “Ruled by Law” since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC

党的十八大以来,学界对习近平法治中国重要论述的研究主要集中在概念、内涵、价值、路径等方面的解读,取得了一定的成果。在今后的研究中,学界仍需加强对法治中国重要论述的继承性、实践性、交叉性的研究,进一步丰富其理论体系,增强其理论价值和实践价值。

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,scholars have focused on the important statements’of Xi Jinping’s thought of“China ruled by law”mainly from the aspects of concept interpretation,connotation interpretation,value interpretation,path interpretation and so on,and achieved certain research results.In the future research,the academic field still needs to further strengthen the research on the inheritance,practice and intersection of the important statements of the thought of“China ruled by law”,andfurther enrich its theoretical system and enhance its theoretical and practical value.
